Title Personal Assistant - CEO
Description • Ensure that a high quality of secretarial and administrative service is provided to all customers internal and external in an efficient and an expeditious manner. • Ensure that a register is maintained to record all incoming and outgoing correspondences to the Office of the CEO. • Ensure that efficient filing and record systems is maintained on a daily basis. • Ensure that Executive Committee (EXCO) Board Papers are compiled and distributed in a timely manner to all EXCO members. • Ensure that Main Board Papers, Board Credit Risk Papers, Board Audit Papers are compiled and distributed in a timely manner to all Board members. • Ensure that Boardroom is prepared for Board Meetings, EXCO Meetings, Management Meetings and client meetings. • Prepare Complaints Report to EXCO on a monthly basis. • Arrange travel, accommodation and meeting arrangements local and overseas for the CEO as and when required. • Arrange travel and accommodation for Board Directors to the Bank when attending the Board Meeting and other Board Sub-committee meetings. • Ensure that Office of the CEO related enquiries are discussed thoroughly and that customers are informed accurately. • Provide administration assistance to other General Managers as and when required • Receives and host customers/visitors in a courteous and efficient manner.
Qualification Diploma Business Studies in Management, Accounting or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution.
Experience Three (3) years’ experience in an Executive work related environment.
Salary $25,534 - $38,300
