Title Administration Officer, Lautoka
Description 1. Provide quality and timely support services to the Officers of the Branch and other support staff. 2. Efficient records and filing systems maintained. 3. Ensure that the numbers of customer complaints are maintained. Achieve the turnaround time for delivery of services to the external and internal customers. 4. Determine in discussion with the Manager Relationship & Sales the annual, quarterly and monthly performance targets against which the officer’s personal performance will also be assessed. 5. Complete the quarterly performance review with the Senior Relationship & Sales Officer, develop improvements based on feed backs and results. 6. Ensure the accuracy and validation of all information and data acquired and entered on system for support services. Look for ways to identify new customers or business opportunities. 7. Must show receptivity in handling new business ideas proposed by potential customer. 8. Identify and recommend areas of promoting business that will enhance the Bank’s role in economic development.
Qualification Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
Experience At least one year work experience in a similar role. Conversant with the use of Microsoft Word/Excel and PowerPoint.
