Title Customer Advocate/Admin Officer
Description 1. Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO. Prioritize inquiries and requests while managing; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. 2. Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors. Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in by laws regarding Board matters. 3. Custodian of Board and EXCO papers, minutes for Board and EXCO meetings, Staff Personal files, all correspondence for Executive Team and travel arrangement for the Executive Teams. 4. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports. 5. Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with Board members, Governor RBF; Ministry of Economy and other stakeholders on matters related to CEO's programmatic initiatives 6. Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company. 7. Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed. Record minutes of all meetings, LMCCC meetings and follow up with Executive Team on all outstanding issues. 8. Work with the Executive Committee to coordinate the CEO’s outreach activities. Follow up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships. 9. Ensure that all complaints received in the Office of CEO are registered on the Complaints Management Portal and attended/resolved within the timely manner. Prepare and submit monthly complaints report to EXCO. Coordinate with ERM for the monthly reporting to RBF. 10. Provides the necessary support to the CEO and the Executive Management inquiries and requests while managing; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. 11. Manage all aspects of organization’s office services: Replenish office materials such as printer supplies, paper, office supplies, etc; provide event management support as requested; hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment; Answer main phone line and respond to inquiries; Process and distribute daily mail.
Qualification Diploma in Business Studies
Experience At least 3-5 experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development, and fundraising. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
Salary $25,534 - $31,917 - $38,300
