Description
|
• Ensures quality growth and viability of the portfolio through aggressive selling and
marketing
for new clients and effective call program for existing customers.
• Timely Appraisal of loans within standard turnaround time and ensure that all pre-
conditions to loan approval are fully met.
• Ensure that security documentations are completed to allow disbursement of loan funds
within in the quickest time possible.
• Ensure that there is a continuous improvement in the quality of appraisal and supervision of
loan accounts to minimize delinquency rate.
• Ensure the accuracy and validation of all financial and customer data based on accurate
searches, credit checks and obtaining of current certifications.
• Well planned account supervision and monitoring including annual reviews, mandatory
reviews, and provision reviews are carried out in timely manner.
• Ensure loan dues are collected in timely manner to avoid deterioration of loan portfolio
quality.
• Timely work-out strategies or recovery action for non-performing loans.

Qualification
|
• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
|
|
Experience
|
• At least 3 years relevant experience in a commercial environment particularly in lending
operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016.
• Valid Group 2, Driving License.
