Title Relationship & Sales Officer Labasa x 2 Positions (Internal Only)
Description  Ensures quality growth and viability of the branch portfolio through aggressive selling and marketing for new clients and effective call programme for existing customers.  Appraises loans, prepares and completes documentation for the related securities and ensures that all pre-conditions to loan approval and disbursement of loans are fully met.  Supervises the business represented by the loan accounts within his/her portfolio and ensures that the conduct of each enterprise is in accordance with the business plan represented with the financing application and that the repayment schedules are met.  Collects dues and retains arrears on all accounts in the accounts in the portfolio within the three (3) months limit.  Achieves the expected interest earnings, growth in revenue and net profit targets for the units cost of operation.  Agency visits to rural or outer islands.  Attends meeting with stakeholders including government agencies and statutory bodies.
Qualification  Degree in Banking/Accounting/Economics or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
Experience  At least 3 years relevant experience in a commercial environment particularly in lending operations.  Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016.  Valid Group 2, Driving License.
Salary $36,450 - $54,676
