Description
|
1. Attends to administrative tasks of the department such as:
• the timely processing of and reconciliation of accounts for the Centre.
• the timely raising of LPO’s and Payments.
• the timely submission of the Department Variance Report.
• maintaining the sales, stock records and orders for merchandise.
• maintaining and ordering the centre stationary.
• maintaining all the e-registers of the department.
• receiving, recording and forwarding online customer enquiries to respective divisions.
• attending to business card requests in a timely manner.
• Assisting in timely completion of the department budget.
2. Extract, record and analyze data for the MBD team to use in write ups.
3. Provides administrative support for corporate and in-house events and activities which the
center is required to participate in from time to time.
5. Contributes to the Bank’s internal and external presentations by supplying information from
internal or external sources within the timeframe of the request.
6. Conduct and liaise with respective business units on testing and implementation of changes to
the Bank Management System following process re-engineering and new products. Must ensure
system changes are in compliance to BMS rules, FDB and RBF minor codes.
7. Attend to other activities as and when required which may include but not limited to:
Maintaining and organizing an electronic and paper record of monitoring reports.
Draft, editing and proof-reading letters, briefs and speeches, memoranda and other documents.
Providing minute taking and summary record duties as required.
Perform other duties as may be required from time to time.
8. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, share and sales performance and
other information that would impact the marketing and business development strategies.
9. Identifies areas of improvement in product offerings, marketing strategy, promotional activities
and overall strategy, propose and implement adjustments accordingly.
10. Timely submission of all reports to Executive Committee and Board of activities undertaken by
the unit.
11. Monitor, evaluate all marketing and business development activities and make appropriate
recommendations that will increase brand visibility, market share and profitability.
12. Provide administration support to team Marketing & Business Development.
13. Ensures a high quality of service to all customers in a manner that is efficient and expeditious.
14. Must know bank policies and ensure compliance to procedures when undertaking duties.
15. Require high level of organization and communication skills.

Qualification
|
Diploma in Business Studies and/or Marketing or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institute.
|
Experience
|
At least one year experience in a similar role. Experience in marketing, media and customer service is an advantage.
