Regional Officer - Western/Northern/Central Eastern
|

Description
|
1. Provide direct support and assistance to the Regional Manager in meeting the internal and external responsibilities.
2. Undertake portfolio analysis and recommend improved strategies in terms of new business opportunities.
3. Provide weekly information on application, appraisal, and disbursement to RM to monitor TAT for the Regional Branches.
4. Provide secretarial support for meetings and committees attended by the Regional Manager.
5. Analyze Branch Operational Results and advise each Branch of their contribution to regional results.
6. Provide Portfolio Analysis and Officer Performance analysis and communicate with the Managers.
7. Assist RM in conducting Branch spot audit.
8. Provide analysis of NPL & migration to Regional & GMRS Office.
9. Liaise with Branches on information requested from GMRS’s Office and provide in a timely manner.
10. Organize Branch/Regional Talanoa/Roadshows/ Branch Visibility and promotion of product.
11. Travelling to other Bank Branches during working hours for external/internal customer meetings.
12. Assist with Regional meeting and communicate outcome with Managers and GMRS.
13. Any other business-related duties delegated by RM or GMRS.

Qualification
|
A Diploma in Commerce/Accounting/Economics or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
|
|
Experience
|
Two (2) Years relevant work experience in a similar environment particularly in Commerce and Banking.
