Description
|
Ensures quality growth and viability of the portfolio through aggressive selling and marketing for new clients and effective call programme for existing customers.
Timely Appraisal of loans within standard turnaround time and ensure that all pre-conditions to loan approval are fully met.
Ensure that security documentations are completed to allow disbursement of loan funds within in the quickest time possible.
Ensure that there is a continuous improvement in the quality of appraisal and supervision of loan accounts to minimise delinquency rate.
Ensure the accuracy and validation of all financial and customer data based on accurate searches, credit checks and obtaining of current certifications.
Well planned account supervision and monitoring including annual reviews, mandatory reviews, and provision reviews are carried out in timely manner.
Ensure loan dues are collected in timely manner to avoid deterioration of loan portfolio quality.
Timely work-out strategies or recovery action for non-performing loans.

Qualification
|
Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
|
|
Experience
|
At least 3 years relevant experience in a commercial environment particularly in lending operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016.
Valid Group 2, Driving License.
