Title Administration Officer - Asset Management Department
Description • Responsible of maintaining the Attendance Register and filing weekly and monthly Absence Reports as per the biometric report provided by TOD. • Responsible for the Collection, Recording & Distribution of all Incoming & Outgoing mail and maintaining register. • Responsible for maintaining all other registers in the Department such as Write Off papers/Demand & Seizure Notices/Pre-Migration Reports. • Responsible for maintaining the Departments Stationery supplies needs and requisitions. • Filing of EXCO Resolutions and EXCO/Board Reports. • Preparation to Annual Budgets and Variance Reports. • Responsible for maintaining Monthly Fuel Report and vehicle maintenance records. • Responsible for maintaining Monthly Mileage Report and submitting to Properties Department. • Reconciliation and monitoring of petty cash and taxi vouchers • Dispatch/Service of Legal Documents • Journalizing of Court Filing Fees • Filing of Court Documents at respective court registries. • Arrange and record all travels and agency trips.
Qualification Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution.
Experience A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role. Conversant with the use of Microsoft Word/Excel and PowerPoint and has a valid driver’s license.
Salary $21,845 - $32,768
